About

As a general contractor, I take residential and commercial projects from start to finish: estimating, planning, coordinating subcontractors and following through to handover.

I am a Chartered Administrator (C.Adm.), a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec. This professional title is reserved for members of the Order: it commits me to a code of ethics, professional liability insurance and continuing education. For my clients and partners, that means rigorous, transparent management: clear contracts, cost tracking and documented decisions.

Before GCI Québec, I co-led Snack Town Canada, including the roll-out of a 7-location network and a $1M warehouse conversion, then the renovation company Rénovatec. My background is in administration: a technical diploma in administration from Cégep de Maisonneuve, then certificates in business administration and real estate management from UQAM.

On job sites, I saw what wastes time and money: scattered estimates, paper-based follow-up, information lost between the office and the field. So I built BÂTI, the CRM my team uses every day. With Perkaria, I bring the same approach to local businesses.
